ONEBusiness Fibre will be renamed to Maxis Business Fibre. All plan features and rates remain the same.
The following documents are required during the registration process:
- Form 9 & 49 or Form 12 & 49 (For your registered company)
- A Letter of Award (LOA) or Letter of Request (LOR) that should also be attached together with the photocopy of the Person in Charge’s National Registration Identity Card (NRIC).
There are 4 speeds available for your business: 100Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps and 1Gbps (1Gbps available in selected areas).
For the 300Mbps, 500Mbps and 1Gbps plans, you will receive FREE Wireless Internet Backup Service, a FREE Wi-Fi 6 Router and FREE Wi-Fi 6 Mesh.
The 100Mbps plan comes with FREE Wireless Internet Backup Service and a FREE Wi-Fi 6 Router.
All plans include FREE 1 Basic Voice Line (unlimited domestic calls with DECT phone). If you need more lines, you may add Voice Connect – Standard Lines: Lines 1–10 at RM24/mth per line and Lines 11–60 at RM22/mth per line. Each package includes 1 DECT phone per line and an ATA box for accounts with more than one line, plus 200 shareable minutes per line at competitive call rates.
You may also choose to add on additional business solutions such as Managed Firewall (from RM39/mth), Managed WiFi, and Cloud Storage & Email solutions.
You will receive an acknowledgement SMS upon successful registration. We will then call you to arrange the installation within 48 hours after checking on the details of the coverage of the Business Fibre services in your area. After the installation appointment date has been successfully set, we will then share the full appointment details with you via SMS.
We will propose a few time slots for you and you may choose your preferred date and time based on our available slots.
